Description

Z- The USDA Agriculture Research Service (ARS) requires labor, supervision, tools and materials to construct a 1060 sqft (+/-) masonry/steel conference room addition at the New England Plant, Soil, Water Laboratory, Orono, ME. Work includes the removal of existing paving, altering an existing masonry wall, site regrading, paving, underground piping, masonry and steel erection, roofing, cabinetry, HVAC system installation, associated mechanical, plumbing, lighting and electrical work to construct a new conference room. The estimated cost of completion is between $100,000 and $250,000. Project completion is required 150 days after notice to proceed. This is a 100% small business set aside and is issued under NAICS Code 233320. IFB 14-3615-01 will contain all terms, conditions, specifications and drawings and will be available on or about July 11, 2001. Request for a copy of the IFB must be made in writing and include your company's name, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers and received at the POC's office not later than July 6, 2001.
