Description

The USDA FOREST SERVICE intends to award a sealed bid construction contract for Exterior Insulation and Finishing System (EFIS) Siding Installation for 3-buildings at our Ansonia, CT Office located at 119 1/2 Ford Street, Ansonia, CT. Contractor is to provide and install new EIFS on 3 buildings. Work includes prep of exterior walls to receive EIFS, patching/grouting/repointing of existing concrete block as necessary, replacement/repairs of deteriorated window sills as necessary, and installation of EIFS and trim, complete as per specs and approved manufacturer's system intallation requirement. SIC 1761. The IFB is anticipated to be issued June 29, 2001. Estimate price range is betweem $100,000 -- $250,000. Requests for solicitations MUST be in writing by mail or fax. Fax # 610-557-4224.
