Description

Construction; Life Safety Improvements, Phase III, Project # 630-01-101. Provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and equipment to perform construction work in building #1. All in accordance with contract drawings and specifications at the NYHHCS Manhattan Campus, 423 E. 23RD Street, NY, NY. Work includes the replacement of sprinkler piping, valves, supports, removals, insulation, and standpipe piping as per drawings and specifications. The Evaluation Factors are as follows; Past Performance, 5 years 40% Technical Approach 30%, Price Proposal 30%. Interested parties MUST submit proposals with detail references, and technical summaries of how to install the sprinkler piping. Request for package must in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable $75.00 fee (CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER ONLY). Interested Parties MUST submits QUALIFICATION STATEMENT, outlining related past experiences, references, and years in business with request must be here by COB on 6/21/01.
