Description

This is a multi-trade contract for construction at AJCC Site "R", Adams County, Pennsylvania. Under this procurement, the contractor shall furnish all labor, plant, equipment, materials and supervision, and all other necessary items to complete assigned work in complete compliance with all plans, drawings and specifications. Work will be issued by individual delivery orders within the scope of work and with the Government having the option to issue unilateral delivery orders. Common trades which may be needed include: laborers, carpentry, electrical, heating, refrigeration and air-conditioning mechanics, painters and plumbers combination as identified in the Davis-Bacon Wage Determination. Solicitation DAMD17-01-B-0003 will be issued on or about 27 June 2001 and open on or about 27 July 2001. The Standard Industrial Code for this requirement is 1711/the North American Industry Classification System Code is 235110 with the size standard of $11.5 M in average annual receipts. Period of performance under any resultant contract award will be one (1) year. Telephone requests will NOT be honored. This is an unrestricted procurement (subject to PL 100-656, open to both small and large businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Any resulting award will be a firm-fixed price contract.
