Description

Item 0001: Construction,Repair/ Maint. GENERAL CONSTRUCTION. Quantity: 1 Each. ; <BEST VALUE TASK ORDER CONTRACT (TOC) A multi-discipline, multi-year contract for maintenance, repair and construction services for the Indiana Air National Guard at Hulman Field, Terre Haute, Indiana, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, Indiana, and Jefferson Proving Ground, Madison, Indiana. The basic contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from the date of award, with two (2) one (1) year options -- a total posible contract not to exceed $2,000,000.; the cumulative value of all orders during the term/span of the contract not to exceed 10,000,000. Work shall be performed in accordance with the default technical specifications provided to each awarded contractor, unless specified elsewhere in the individual project documents. A preproposal conference is scheduled for 22 June 2001AM at the USPFO for Indiana Stout Field BLDG 2 Indianapolis, Indiana. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
