Description

Z -- Construction: Repair existing canopies, Warehouse 4, Bays 4 and 6, West Side, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna PA. Work to include but is not limited to: cutting and patching; selective demolition; excavation, trenching, and backfilling; Bituminous paving; masonry, sheetmetal work, carpentry; firestopping; Structural Standing Seam Metal Roof System; caulking and sealant; stucco; and painting dock areas. The drawings for this project will be available in compact disc only. No hard-copy project drawings will be available from the government. A list of printers (which can print the drawings for a fee) shall be provided with the solicitation. Completion is approximately 240 days after notice to proceed. Total estimated magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. Solicitation number DAAB17-01-B-0010 applies. Approximate issue and opening dates are 28 JUN 01/30 JUL 01. These dates are estimates; exact dates will be determined when solicitation is ready for issuance and shall be set forth therein. Requests for this solicitation should be made within ten (10) days of the date of publication of this presolicitation notice and solicitation synopsis. NAICS is 23561, average annual receipts $11.5 million. Although this solicitation is unrestricted, please provide your business size when making a request.
