Description

THIS IS A SYNOPSIS ONLY DAAJ09-95-C-A001, Peculiar Ground Support Equipment (PGSE), PRON: 699R54746AX, CLOSING DATE: 25 June 2001, NAICS CODE: 336413. These Items are Sole Source to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company. Applicable to the AH64 aircraft, FOB Point: Destination. This procurement requires pre-qualification. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. This proposal contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved sources are (McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company). The time required for new supplies is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations. Numbered Notes (s) 22 apply.
