Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award on an other than full and open competition basis contract to Data Link Solutions, L.L.C. (DLS), 350 Collins Road N.E., Cedar Rapids, IA 52498. This acquisition will require the fabrication, integration, testing and delivery of twenty-three (23) production units of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) on Ship terminal configuration, spares, Installation and Checkout (INCO) Kits based on the existing Navy Ship High Power (NSHP) Link 16 Terminal Kit Configuration. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Responses to this notice of intent to award to DLS should be submitted no later than forty-five (45) days from the date of this synopsis to Ms. Kelly Smith, Contract Specialist, at Contracts, Code 02-21L, Building OT4, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, CA 92110-3127. For information regarding this notice, please contact Ms. Kelly Smith at (619) 524-7351. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will staisfy agency requirements. See Numbered Note 22.
