Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Marine Corp. (USMC) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Safety Equipment International (SEI), 537 Sweeten Creek Industrial Park, Asheville, North Carolina 28803. This effort is to provide the Government with a quantity of 20 Prototype LPU-34 FSBE Variant floatation collars. SEI is the only known source for this product because of its proprietary features.
