Description

The U S Army Communication-Electronic Command intends to issue a Request for Quote to procure Replenishment Spare Subassemblies for the AN/FSC-78/79, AN/GSC-39, and AN/GSC-52 Cesium Standard O-1876/G. A noncompetitive negotiation is proposed with Agilent Technologies, Inc, because the Government does not possess technical data (drawings, specifications or knowledge) completely defining the form, fit and/or function of the item. Agilent Technologies possesses the manufacturing data and is the actual manufacturer. These spares are Non-developmental Items (NDI) and are Agilent's Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) items. However, all responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. See numbered Note (s) 22.
