Description

This solicitation is for providing one or more carbon particle suspensions that meet certain specifications as well as providing relevant test data regarding 1) actual particle size achieved and 2) the stability of the resulting suspension of the carbon particles in the liquid. A sole source procurement for this buy with Tal Materials, Inc., pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. See Note # 22.
