Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), the Alaska District Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole source purchase order for AE Services, Environmental Notebooks for Ft. Richardson, Ft. Wainwright, and Ft Greely, Alaska. Montgomery Watson has gathered technical data, developed and provided site-specific standard operation procedures and environmental handbooks for these sites under a previously awarded AE Services contract. This project requires that Unit Specific Environmental Notebooks be developed providing site-specific standard operation procedures and an environmental handbook to include a detailed Hazardous Materials Inventory to reflect the current federal and state laws and regulations and the requirements in USARAK Pamphlet 200-1 all must be in compliance with ISO 14001. Award to Montgomery Watson fulfills the Government requirement to provide these services. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
