Description

This is a Request for Proposals for Manual Release of planted and/or natural seedlings on 1000 acres of National Forest Lands. This project is located on the Grindstone Ranger District of the Mendocino National Forest in Glenn and Colusa Counties, California. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating suppplies and incidentals to perform all work specified. The Government will award the contract to the offeror(s) on the merits of the proposal for technical approach, past performance, experience of project personnel, capacity to perform the project and price. Estimated issue date is June 28, with an estimated due date of July 30. A pre-bid tour will be held on July 12. Estimated start work date is August 6.
