Brooks 7/19/01 Brooks Air Force Base will be hosting a Summer Information Technology Exposition on Thursday, July 19, 2001. This is a highly technical location that is supported by several technical tenants. This event will be promoted to over 4,400 active personnel at the base, including the following tenants of the base: HQ Human Systems Center, Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine, Armstrong Lab, Human Systems Program Office, and Air Force Center For Environmental Excellence. Some examples of technologies to be displayed include: Communications Equipment, Video Teleconferencing, Networking Applications, Electronic Media Conversion, LAN/WAN Integration, Color and Laser Printers, Data Acquisition, CAD/CAM/CAE, Electronics, Network Solutions, Laptops/Notebooks, Internetworking, Deployable Equipment, Signal Analysis, Mass Storage Devices, Projection Systems, Audio Visual Equipment, Information Services, Real Time, Internet, Encryption, Cabling, Workstations, and Client-Server. Our last event at this location attracted 14 VIP's and over 220 attendees. Another excellent event is expected.
