Description

The Commander requires all labor, management, supervisor, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to perform miscellaneous degreasing projects for the Navy Public Works Center, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Contractor shall clean and inspect grease traps, exhaust systems, cleaning oil/water separator and maintenance, repair and minor alterations. Work will be accomplished by a firm fixed price and Indefinite Quantity type contract for a period of 12 months. The Government shall have the options to extend the term of the contract services for four additional periods of twelve months. The total contract term, including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. The applicable Standard Classification (SIC)is 56179 and the standard size is $5M. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. This (IFB) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-Sol) web site on or about 2 July 2001. Estimated bid opening shall be at least 30 days after the IFB is posted to the E-sol web site.
