Description

Nonpersonal Service: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide for Food Service Mess Attendants at the 154th Wing (WG) Multi-Purpose Training Facility and Dining Hall, 360 Harbor Drive, Building 3417, 1st Floor, Hickam AFB, HI. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of performance/SOW, dated 01 May 2001. CLIN 0001- Such services are required for the unit training assemblies (UTA's). It is recommended a minimum of 13 or 14 attendants (2 Clippers, 4-5 Dining Room/Exterior attendants, 3 Entree Servers, 1 Short Menu Order, 2 Pots and Pans/Runners and 1 Manager) per UTA (24 per yr) day be furnished to assure performance of the service required. Please note: Recommendation does not in any way limit the contractor's obligation to use as many employees as necessary to properly fulfill contract performance. Details/duties consist of but not limited to those listed in section B and C. CLIN 0002- Extended Service Hours/ Contingency. Special and Emergency Situations (i.e., Fire, Accident or Rescue Operations, Civil Disturbance, Weather Warning, Alerts) may necesitate activating this line item and up to 24 hours per day.
