Correction: This action was originally publicized in the CBD dated 5/17/2001. This correction No. (1) postpones the IFB issue date to o/about June 14, 2001 and changes the date of the pre-bid conference and site visits to start on July 2, 2001. This solicitation is not available for downloading from the Agency web because of the nature of the bid documents. Purchase of the IFB (SET A), and attending the Pre-Bid meeting, including site visits, is required for those intending to submit a bid. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct.*****
