Description

DESC: Granite Hot Springs Reconstruction Project. Located approximately 11 miles from Hoback Jct. on Hwy. 189/191 and then continue north on Forest Road #0500 approximately 10 miles to its end. The project includes the reconstruction of an existing 25 vehicle parking lot to a 40 vehicle parking lot with crushed aggregate surfacing, construction of 8 picnic sites and associated paths, installation of a 16-foot gate, signs, barrier posts, and culverts, and rehab. (topsoil, seed, plantings) of disturbed areas. All staking will be the responsibility of the contractor. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The recommended time for performance is 9/15/01-11/15/01 and 5/15/02-6/15/02. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the site at 10:00 am on June 29, 2001.
