Description

The National Weather Service of NOAA has a requirement to build an approximate 500 square feet storage building. This building will be built at NWS Office, 300 Pinson Drive, Corpus Christi, TX. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, construction tools, machines, services, utilities and fuel required to construct the work and place the facilities constructed into operation to form a complete operating system. Technical merit as well as price will be used to evaluate offers. As the technical merit becomes more equal, price becomes a greater factor. Procurements under Simplified Acquisition Procedures ($25,000-$100,000) are set-aside for small business unless small business cannot meet the need at a reasonable price.
