Inspection and acceptance at origin. Flight Safety Critical Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 1400 each. 400 to be delivered to Tracy, CA and 1000 to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 220 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is July 3, 2001.
