Description

Provide intermittent Radiology Physician Services within the period July 16, 2001 through October 15, 2001 for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Lexington, KY. Required skills include general radiology, fluoroscopy, CT, US and/or MRI. Coverage by one (1) locums person is required for seven (7) days including night and weekend call for weeks of July 16-22, July 31-August 5, August 6-12, October 1-7. Coverage by one (1) locums person is required for five (5) days including night, weekend and holiday call for August 30-September 3. Coverage by one (1) locums person is required for one (1) day, no call, for September 10 and for one (1) day, no call, for October 15. No more than three (3) radiologists will be assigned to provide coverage on the contract. Radiologists are to have a current medical license, shall be preferably board certified radiology, and have a minimum of two (2) full years experience. Solicitation should be available on or about 6/15/01 and must be requested in writing (faxed requests acceptable to (859)281-3971). NAICS Code is 62111, with a size standard of 500 employees. Procurement will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition procedures in accordance with Part 13.
