Description

This is to cancel the previous notice published on April 25, 2001 announcing the intent of USAID/Haiti to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) to solicit from U.S. firms capable of implementing an estimated three-year contract to provide technical assistance and training in democracy, internal democratic practices, and advocacy for policy reform to non-governmental organizations in Haiti with an aim of more inclusive democratic governance. Due to funding constraints, we are hereby canceling the issuance of the RFP for the subject procurement. We are sorry for the inconvenience this cancellation is causing.
