Description

This is Modification 16 to the synopsis for the Center Operations Support Services (COSS) contract, which is the follow-on contract to the current Base Operations Support Services contract, Solicitation No. 9-BJ32-T63-0-024P. The last modification was released June 7, 2001. Provided as Attachment 3 (DSOW Questions and Answers) to this modification is an Excel spreadsheet that contains answers to questions received in relation to the Draft Statement of Work (DSOW) that was initially released March 21, 2001. Tab (1) of the attached spreadsheet identifies most of the questions submitted in relation to the DSOW and provides the official Government response to those questions. Tab (2) of the attached spreadsheet identifies those questions for which the Government is still preparing a response. Answers to the questions in Tab (2) will be posted to the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) at a later date. This modification does not provide responses to questions submitted during or after the COSS preproposal conference. Answers to questions submitted in relation to the COSS preproposal conference will be posted to the NAIS at a later date following release of the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP). The Government currently plans to post the DRFP to the NAIS at some point in time during the week ending June 22, 2001. All other aspects of this synopsis as modified on June 7, 2001, remain unchanged.
