Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, Rhode Island intends to acquire from the University of Maine on a sole source basis services for Underwater Range Data Communication Telemetry Receiver Improvements and Integration. This sole source acquisition is authorized under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source. This action is follow-on work to Contract N66604-00-M-1580 with the University of Maine. Simple Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13 will be used. Delivery will be FOB Destination Newport, Rhode Island by August 15, 2001. NAICS Code is 541710, $20 Million.
