- The original combined synopsis/solicitation issued on 6/5/01 is modified to include the following amplifying information. The total number of employees at ARSC are 922. Design is required in our ISO 9001:2000 registration. ARSC is a single site. The requirement under Clin 4 for the issuance of the IQNet seal is deleted. Contractors are reminded that they must break down their quote by Clin numbers, attach a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3, and provide documentation of the required accreditations and experience.*****
