Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Ms. Sandra K. Hale, of New Visions Consulting, Arlington VA, for training liaison services for the Office of Standards Services. Ms. Hale has the unparalleled expertise, knowledge and resources in designing and facilitating the delivery of various SIT and SABIT workshops for the NIST community as well as, her instrumental participation in developing other OSS training, such as; the NIST Symposium and the Standards training delivered to other federal agencies in connection with NIST?s role = under the National Technology Transfer and Advancement Act (NTTAA). A firm fixed price purchase order shall be issued on 6/29/01 using Commercial off the Shelf (COTS), under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Period of Performance for this effort will be a base year from date of award and two (2) one-year option periods. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competition. However, the Government will consider all responses received by the response date listed above. A solicitation document is not available.=20
