Description

Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and qualified supervision to Renovate Patient Administrative Services, Bldg. #220, at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. Work shall include, but is not limited to, new acoustic ceiling, lighting fixtures, floor preparation and carpeting, drywall partitions and general finishes. In addition, modification of existing mechanical HVAC, added HVAC, electrical power, switching, data, telecommunications and fire protection systems. The completion date is 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. The solicitation will be issued in CD-ROM format. Issue date is on/about July 3, 2001. Award is subject to the availability of funds. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR HUBZONE CERTIFIED FIRMS. There is no charge for the solicitation package.
