Description

Provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to rehabilitate water system and construct pumphouse at Chilhowee Recreation Area on the Ocoee/Hiwassee Ranger District, Cherokee National Forest, in Polk County, Tennessee. Work includes, but not limited to, rehabilitation of existing well including new pump and related plumbing and controls, construction of masonry treatment building with electrical and plumbing of water treatment system, installation of approximately 2,500 feet of waterline from the well location to two upper reservoirs and one reservoir at the well location, installation of controls and control wiring for well pump and alarm systems controlled from upper reservoir, and relocation of treatment system from existing pumphouse to new treatment building upon completion including disinfection of new lines and startup of operation. Work to be performed in accordance with applicable terms, conditions, specifications and plans. Contract time: 60 calendar days. The proposed contract listed here is not set aside for small business.
