Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs proposes to issued a firm-fixed price contract for an Interior Lighting Retrofit of Building No. 204, Busby, Montana, located within the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A. This Project consists of demolition, removal, cleaning, and/or replacements of building components noted in the plans or specifications for the electrical wiring. 1. At Busby School building No. 204, Busby, Montana 2. As shown in contract documents prepared by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Facility Management, Billings, Montana. B. The work consists of, but is not limited to: 1. Demolition and replacement of existing electrical wiring, fixtures, and devices in existing buildings as indicated on contract documents. 2. Cutting and patching of existing construction as required for new electrical work. C. Drawing and general provisions of Contract include General and Special Conditions and Division 1 -- Specifications Section, apply to this section.
