The work required includes waterproofing system maintenance and repair work at Court 1 and Court 3, USDA South Building, Washington, DC; roofing system maintenance, repair and replacement work at the Cotton Annex and Sidney Yates Building, USDA, Washington, DC; and roof replacement work at the Sub-Central Plant, Jamie L. Whitten Building, USDA, Washington, DC. The work shall be completed in 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The estimated range for this project is $100,000.-$250,000.
