Description

Contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials and performing all work for removal of existing roofing and installation of new shingle roofing and/or new fully adhered EDPM roofing, and for repair/replacement of roof structural members, trim and accessories on various building, and for removal of existing shingle roofing containing nonfriable asbestos, and installation of new shingle roofing at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA), Camden County, Missouri. This is a requirements type contract with a Base Period of 1 September 2001 through 31 August 2002 and a possible 12-month option period. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. The projected solicitation issue date is 17 July 2001 with responses due 16 August 2001. Solicitations will be provided in response to written requests only.
