Demolition 16 MFH units, Kessler Lane Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina Solicitation # F31610-01-Q-0299 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is F31610-01-Q-0299 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 to $100,000. This action will be pursued on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is _235940_. The Small Business size standard is _$7,000,000_. This procurement consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to Demolish and Remove 16 Military Family Housing (MFH) units at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. Estimated quantity is 1,600 Tons of debris required for removal. Bonding is also required. The contract must be completed within 35 days after issuance of notice to proceed. Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered.
