Description

This is a small business set aside. Work includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to renovate RF rooms A326/A327/A327a to accommodate new Government provided equipment at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, Syracuse NY. The work will include but not be limited to general construction, removals, alterations, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical work as required by the specifications and drawings. Construction period will be 180 days, there is a mandatory submittal period due to the long lead material required for construction (on-site construction is 120 days). Demolition work will not begin on site with out COTR's approval and material delivery schedule. Estimated availability of bidding package is 6/25/01. Attendance at a pre-bid job walk tentatively scheduled for July 11, 2001 @9:00am is considered essential. Only written requests for the bidding package will be accepted, telephone requests will not be honored. Estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. NAICS code is 233320 and size standard is $27.5 mil.
