Description

The Army requires a construction contract for accomplishing repair and maintenance, inspection, pest control, and cleaning of Army Family Housing and Billeting Quarters at Fort Riley, Kansas. Quarters' cleaning is required where the occupant has failed, is unable to achieve the required standard of cleanliness, or elects to pay the Government for the cleaning rather than doing it themselves. The ongoing occupation of housing quarters requires continuous scheduled and on demand maintenance, repair, inspection and pest control. A call desk is also required. The type of contract will be indefinite delivery indefinite quantity and all work will be issued via task order. NAICS Code: 233320 Size Standard: $27.5M. This solicitation will be available on CD or on the World Wide Web and all amendments will be available only via the web at http://nwk-ebs.nwk.usace.army.mil/ebs/advertisedsolicitations.asp. Sources are advised that registration for the solicitation is necessary to be included on the planholders list and receive a copy of the CD and to ensure that firms are notified via e-mail of amendments that must then be downloaded from the web page.
