Description
Procurement of Brand name or equal. PGI Wildland Firefighters Special Response Coat and Trousers in various sizes. Coat to include NFPA Compliant with the following features: JL-8 Aqua-St series liner long raglan style sleeve series. 6OZ type shell # NMEX with XL collar and throat tab. Right breast pocket with Velcro closure, Left breast radio pocket with Velcro two series 10 cargo pocket w/built-in hand warmers and Velcro closure zipper front closure. Adjustable wrist closure hanging loop. 3" Lime Yellow Scotchlite trim package. All sewing done with safety and chain stitching using 100% NOMEX 30/3 Ply thread and 10 stitches per inch with 504 stitch type and 101 chain stitch type. Double stitched throughout. All Stress points to be bar tacked with a minimum of 28 stitches per bar tack. UL Certified to comply with NFPA and CAL OSHA Labeling current standards. Matching trousers NFPA Compliant with the following features: JL-8 Aqua-St Liner 6OZ series shell NMEX self material waist with 7 integral belt loops integral twin take up Velcro fly with snap top, self material 12" X 8.5" tapering to 6.5" padded knees SL series 5/14" brass zipper on outside of each leg with double ply flap so no medal touches the skin. Adjustable snap cuffs front stash pass through pockets welt style rear pockets cargo pockets with Velcro closure 3" flame resistant Scotch Lime Yellow triple trim package. All stress points to be bar tacked with minimum of 28 stitches per bar tack. All sewing with safety and chain stitching type 504/301 with two needles using 100% NOMEX 30/3 Ply thread and 10 stitches per inch double stitches. UL Certified to comply with NFPA and CAL OSHA.
