Description

The Southern Plains Area for the Agricultural Research Service, of the U.S. Department of Agriculture intends to issue a follow-on award to ISCO Inc., 4700 Superior Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68504. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive. This is a simplified acquisition. Waste Water Research is being conducted and 13 additional (Model 3700 with accessories) water samplers are needed to be integrated with existing meter system furnish by our Cooperator at the USDA, ARS, Conversation and Production Research Laboratory, Bushland, Texas.
