Description

This project is a Request for Quotes to compile a Historic Context and Management Plan for the Bighorn National Forest; Big Horn, Johnson, Sheridan and Washakie Counties, Wyoming. The purpose of the proposed project is to compile a Historic Context and Management Plan of indigenous groups who have lived and used the Bighorn National Forest in the past 500 years. This will be used for heritage resource purposes. The proposed project is located primarily in the area of the present day Bighorn National Forest. This area covers parts of Big Horn, Johnson, Sheridan and Washakie Counties, Wyoming. However, it is understood that it may be necessary to collect data covering areas outside Forest Service system lands, as well as conducting personal interviews with tribal people living outside the Forest to provide needed information for the Report. The performance period for the proposed project is eighteen (18) months. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
