The Trident Refit Facility Technical Library at Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA. requires internet/web based subscription services for various military standards,industry standards, and vendor catalog data for a period of one year commencing 01 Oct 01 as provided by Information Handling Services (IHS) Inc,Englewood, CO. All items must be compatible for the purpose of cross-referencing with other items. The solicitation is available on the Navay Electronic Online (NECO) web site at http:www.neco.navy.mil and www.jax.fisc.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the interested party to independently review the above referenced web links frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors shall be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation,and amendments(if any).
