Description

Provide Readjustment Counseling Services for the following counties in Utah of Cache, Box Elder, and Rich along with the following counties in Idaho of Oneida, Franklin, Bear Lake, and Caribou for the Southeast Idaho Vet Center, Pocatello, Idaho. Contractor will furnish readjustment counseling service by licensed social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other qualifed counselors individually or in groups to eligible veterans referred by VA staff for social, psychological or behavioraql difficulties specifically related to the post-war readjustment to civilian life. Contract to begin on date of award for a one year period with two one year options to renew. Issue date on or about July 3, 2001 RFQ closing on or about July 31, 2001.
