Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a follow-on sole-source contract to Orion Scientific Systemw, Inc. in support of the agency's Telecommunications Exploitation Program. The follow-on contract will provide for continued development, modification, implementation, update and training of a basic Telecommunications Exploitation Program to support DEA. The requirement will also include technical and administrative support, and travel for the Progrqm. Additionally, the Contractor shall assist in the development, maintenance, update, and implementation of an advanced exploitation program of instruction for telecommunications devices as applied to narcotics investigations. This progrqm will focus on the exploitatoion of new and emerging technologies in the communications industry. See Note 22.
