Description

REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 3,010 net rentable square feet which will produce approximately 2,616 BOMA usable square feet for the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Trustees. Onsite covered parking is required in accordance with local city codes with no additional cost to the government and 1 parking space is to be assigned for official use. The agency is currently occupying space under a lease which expires April 15, 2002. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The cost of moving, alterations, telecommunications relocation, etc. will be taken into consideration when deciding whether to relocate. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All space must be contiguous on one floor, above ground level. The building should have a secured lobby. Twenty four (24) hours use of the building utilities is required. LOCATION: This office is to be collocated with the U. S. Bankruptcy Court if possible, but located no further away than one (1) mile. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) Square footage offered 3) Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
