Description

Construction of a stand-alone single-story 1,500 person dining facility, approximately 2,300 SM in area, including reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, structural steel frame/roof system with brick veneer, utilities, parking, and other necessary support. Construction to include necessary kitchen equipment, communications, heating, cooling and electrical support for a complete and usable facility. Estimated cost range of this project is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about July 10, 2001, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROMS). IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE(1) PER FIRM. Plans and specifications will not be provided in printed hard copy format. Requests for plans and specifications MUST BE MADE IN WRITING (or via home page indicated below) to the Tulsa District, Corps of Engineers, 1645 S. 101st East Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74128-4609; or by fax at 918-669-7495. No phone calls to order please. All orders will be mailed via first class mail. Requests for special handling (Fed-X, etc.) will not be honored.
