Description

(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F02601-01-R-0015 is being issued as a request for quotation. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as Small Business Set-aside under standard industrial classification code 7699 and North American Industry Classification System Code (NIACS) 235110, size standard $5M. (V) Supply and Install Staefa Controls in Bldg 2050 & 4413, See Attached Statement of Work (S.O.W.) (VI) See (S.O.W.) (VII) Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerers- Commercial Items applies. (VIII) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with its offer. (IX) Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (X) Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Require to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XI) Quotations are due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, by 27 June 2001, 12:00 p.m.(Noon) local time. (XII) Point of Contact is SSgt Brian A.
