Description

Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 385 Tremont Ave., East Orange, NJ 07018, intends to award on a sole source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Rutgers University Graduate School, the economic analysis of diabetes in the VA merge ARC data with data base of VA users with diabetes, merge HERC data with the DEIPC date set MAP costs of episodes of care, using HERC data, TP VA date conduct anaysis by facility, VISN, National and write reports of analysis assist in manuscript preparation. Rutgers University Student will conduct economic analyses on veterans with diabetes via VA HSR&D Funded Grant.
