Description

Facilities Maintenance and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Services. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all other items and services necessary to perform preventative and remedial emergency and non-emergency maintenance work on existing HVAC equipment and to perform facility maintenance work as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall provide qualified and certified technicians thoroughly familiar with the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment, hardware and software identified on the equipment list, and assure that performance of work accomplished is in strict compliance with contract specifications. Contractor shall perform emergency/troubleshooting of critical equipment within 2 hours of notification and submit a detailed service report after emergency evaluation identifying work to be performed, replacement parts and all associated costs for DMEA review and approval prior to performing work. Contractor shall be required to supply the necessary parts, tools and equipment including, but not limited to, equipment and tools used for major and minor repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, cargentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc and any required replacements for accomplishing services under the contract. Contract will be for basic year plus four option year periods. This action is sole source to McClellan Business Park, 3140 Peacekeeper Way, McClellan, CA 95652.
