The purposes of the conference are to communicate the opportunities to all interested universities and to address questions relating to the NASA Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) released by NASA Headquarters on June 13, 2001 -- in an open and accessible media. This web cast will be focus on two Topic Areas of the URETIs within the Aeronautic and Aerospace Propulsion category (ref.: CAN 01 OAT-01, page 11): 1.
