Description

This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation. The contract resulting from this RFQ will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous and resulting in the "Best Value" to the Government, considering price and technical evaluation factors. The magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The work consists of providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment required to install and construct new golf course fairway work consists of disking or removal of sod, removal of existing access road, provide, transport and replacement of fill material for green site construction at the 10th green, survey, layout and construct new 10th green site in accordance with U.S.G.A standards, installation of subsurface drainage and catch basins at 10th green site, re-grade existing green site to blend with contour fairway, extend and shape fairway to connect with fairway to new green site, finish shaping and seedbed preparation of 10th green site and finish shaping and seedbed preparation of new fairway area at the Monterey Pines Golf Course at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California. The procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 23499 (1629). The related small business size standard is $17.0 million.
