Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: cutting pavement, trenching, conduit, cable, encasing, backfilling and patching, installing taxiway edge lighting on that portion of taxiway K as shown in the drawings; removing and reinstalling reflectors, furnish and install bases, end markers, locator signs. The end result of this project will be a complete and usable facility consisting of taxiway lights and taxiway guidance signs. Magnitude is between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00. Performance period is 180 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 25 Jul 01 with an anticipated closing date of 27 Aug 01. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specifications and drawings will be on a CD-ROM. A limited number of packages will be sent, on a first come first serve basis, upon written request. Requests shall include: mailing address, phone number, fax number, e-mail, and size of business. The package excluding drawings will be available through the EPS at www.fedbizops.gov . Any amendments issued against this solicitation will only be available through EPS. It is your responsibility to check the EPS website for updates and amendments. This project is open to both Large and Small businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
