Description

Contractor shall provide Registered and other Nurse Registry Services (Traveling Nurses)for VISN 21 Medical Facilities located in Fresno, Martinez, Palo Alto and San Francisco, CA, and Reno, NV. Other VISN facilities may be added at a later date by Supplemental Agreement. This contract is for Registry Services using Traveling Nurses which is defined as a contractor employee recruited from other than the Bay Area or a minimum of 100 miles away from the VA facility. This contract shall be used when other methods of procurement, including but not limited to Contract Registry Services using Local Nurses, have failed to provide services due to market conditions and other factors. The Contractor may provide housing, car rental, traveling and misc. expenses within the commercial standards of the industry. This procurement is for Commercial Items for a base year with three (3) option years to renew. No telephone or e-mail request for the solicitation documents will be accepted. The offoror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments from the above website without further notification from the VA.
