Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) through the ADP Acquisitions Branch, Program Support Center (PSC), intends to award a twelve (12) month simplified acquisition. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide state legislators with information on Medicaid's support of mental health services and associated policy issues. It shall also provide CMHS/SAMHSA with information on State legislative issues and actions affecting the financing and organization of mental health services in state Medicaid programs. Offerors must show evidence of effectiveness in reaching and communicating with state legislators and their representative organizations. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after issuance of this notice.
